  • How do I know how much weight I should lose?

    A good first step I suggest for most people is to go to your local nutrition store (GNC does not offer this) and get an InBody scan (free) or pay for a DEXA scan. It will give you a good idea of how much bodyfat you are holding as well as your lean muscle mass. From there, keep in mind you will not be looking to lose every ounce of fat you have on your body. Getting you leaned out to a healthy, sustainable weight is often the goal.

    On the other hand, if this is not a viable option for you, I suggest looking into the ideal bodyweight for your height, weight, and age online. This will also be a rough estimate, but it will help you decide on which program to get. Please keep in mind that I do this for a living, and I will ultimately be able to guide you in the right direction regardless once I get your information.

  • What if I work a lot and don't feel like cooking food to start eating right?

    This is a common excuse I hear. The answer to that is never going to be “yeah you’re right you can’t do it.” I have had a multitude of clients who work full time jobs and have family obligations at home. Prioritizing your health often does start with making time for healthy habits like meal prepping and being active. If you find that you don’t have an hour every few days to prep your food, reevaluate your schedule.

  • I'm in high school, can I get a plan?

    I do not put an age limit on my services, but I do require that anyone under 18 looking for a plan must have their parents pay f it to ensure they have given their permission for the services.

  • What if I am not losing/gaining weight like expected on the program?

    My plans are individually customized to work for each client of mine. Reasons to attribute to not seeing progress include incorrect measuring/ weighing of your foods and not pushing yourself correctly in the gym or during cardio. I cannot baby you into making progress, I can, hpwever, give you the tools and resources to reach your goals. Your dedication to this process is completely up to you.   • Can I buy my friend a plan/ program?

    Yes. As long as you are able to fill out the client information form for them in full detail, yes I can make them a plan.

  • Will you unblock me on TikTok?

    No. I block any and all negativity, and so do my moderators. If for some reason you were blocked by means of a misunderstanding, I suggest you watch what you say on the next account you make to watch me from. I do not unblock anyone under any circumstances.

  • I got an email saying my program order was fulfilled, where do I find it?

    I email you your programs and meal plans. Because of the links I send, it often gets sent to your spam folder. Search there.
